1. Definitions

Bunddler – a service that connects Buyers to Assistants.

Assistant – a company or an individual that is willing to assist with purchase, and/or delivery of purchased items to Buyer’s location, and who collects a commission for this service. Additionally, Assistants mediate disputes between Buyers and Sellers.

Buyer – an individual or a company intending to make a purchase in an on-line store.

Seller – an individual or a company that has items for sale in an on-line store.

Product – any item that is available for purchase or that can be exchanged for other items and services.

2. Web site and application terms of use

2.1. These general terms and conditions of use ("Terms of Use") govern your use of this website (www.bunddler.com) and application (Bunddler Shopping) - the "Site". The site is intended for the use of registered users of this resource, as well as unauthenticated visitors. Your use and ability to register for use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2.2. User of the Site is a company or an individual that are simply visiting the Site, those desiring to place their information on the Site, and those who have already placed their information on the Site.

2.3. This document is a warrant of mutual responsibilities of the parties involved.

2.5. This Site does not trade, sell, resell or buy any of the goods or services advertized on the Site. The Site does not bear any responsibility for illegal or dishonest actions of Seller.

2.6. This site is a professional fashion review website that receives compensation from the companies whose products we review and advertise. We are independently owned and the opinions expressed here are our own.

2.7. It is not allowed to use any third-party software solutions which modify website. The use of these solutions will lead to immediate account block without ability to restore it.

2.8. By using the Site (and installing Bunddler Shopping application), you agree to be bound by these terms agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this agreement, you are not entitled to use the Site.

3. Rights and liabilities of the involved Parties

3.1. Rights and Liabilities of Assistant

3.1.1. The Assistant is responsible for timely delivery of the product(s).

3.1.2. The Assistant is responsible for non-disclosure of Buyer’s information – contact information, content of the order(s), etc.

3.1.3. The Assistant has the right to opt out of any given order, at the stage of “Order Approval” without disclosing any reasons.

3.1.4. The Assistant has the right to ask the Buyer to confirm his/her identity or confirm the lawful use of his/her Credit Card used to pay for the service provided.

3.2. Rights and Liabilities of the Buyer

3.2.1. The Buyer is responsible for paying in full for the ordered product(s). The full amount may include, but is not limited to: the order itself, taxes, customs dues, delivery expenses, assistant commissions, etc.

3.2.2. The Buyer is responsible for keeping proof of payment until after the receipt of Product(s).

3.2.3. The Buyer is responsible for the information he/she provides in the order form.

4. Service Delivery

4.1. How to refill account balance

4.1.1. Your account balance can be refilled via methods specified in the “My Account” section of the Site.

4.2. Assistants

4.2.1. There three different types of website subscriptions, refer to “Comparison of Services” section of the Site.

4.2.2. We strive to provide quality service irrespective of subscription level. Additionally we constantly improve our service and listen to your comments.

4.2.3. As a registered Assistant, you have a wide range of functionality to support your processes. The following functionality is available to you: “Product order form”; “Order Management”; “Order Procurement”; “Automatic download of pictures” ; “Client’s personal account”; “Clients account balance”.

4.2.4. Once chosen by the Buyer, Assistant must review the order, either accept or decline it (if it is impossible to perform the purchase), and once accepted, to place the order and deliver according to agreement with Buyer.

4.3. Buyers

4.3.1. The Buyer works directly with Assistants to place orders. The Site is only utilized as a tool that facilitates communications between Buyer and Assistant.

5.1. Content may not be submitted to the Site, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to:

6.1. Any disputes related to performance under these Terms of Use will be resolved directly between Buyer and Assistant without involvement of the Site.
